Sat - Isabgol (Psyllium Husk) (100 Gms)

Sat - Isabgol a natural vegetable product, is derived from Isabgol seeds by milling process. It is the upper coating of Plantago Ovata (Ispagul) which is highly purified by sieving and winnowing. Highly effective as a laxative.

 

5 - 10 grams of Sat - Isabgol can be freely taken according to need with a glass of water, syrup, milk, fruit juice, salted curd or lassi.
