Apply it warm always and steam in a sauna (protecting the head) or soak in a warm to hot bath afterwards to allow the oil to penetrate.

Apply a little warm oil on joints, massage sofltly until complete penetration. Massage morning and evening, at least for 5 minutes on each part.
