Antipyretic:
Himpyrin VetSelective inhibition of COX-1 & COX-2 (cyclooxygenase) reduces fever and relieves pain.
Inhibits the prostaglandin synthesis.

Analgesic:
Modifies the release of transmitters in pain transmission.
Blocks the sensitization of nerve fibers.

Indications:

• Fever, pyrexia of unknown origin (PUO)
• Fever in inflammatory conditions like mastitis, metritis, osteoarthritis, tenosynovitis, myositis, neuritis, fibrositis, coxitis, gonitis, neuralgia, etc.
• Pain associated with prolapse of uterus, operative procedures, soft tissue injuries like sprains.

Dosage:

Cattle & Buffaloes   2 boli twice daily
