It take on average 10-21 days from time of placing your order. If you have not received your parcel within 28 days of placing your order, please contact us.
When you enter your credit card details online via our checkout page they are encrypted with SSL which means that the details you enter arrive us without the possibility of a 3rd party accessing this information. Industry standard 128-bit encryption is used.
We will gladly refund you in full for any item you may have purchased from Amrit Direct that you are not completely happy with. Simply contact our customer care department and they will advise you how to return your product. Once received we will refund your card in full less the shipping charges you were charged which are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot accept any returns of opened parcels unless they were damaged in transit.
